UWSP Men place sixth, women seventh in WIAC Track and Field Championships
STEVENS POINT, Wis. – The UW-Stevens Point men’s track and field team placed sixth in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championships with 48 points while the women’s team totaled 42.50 points for a seventh-place finish.
Results
Dan Sullivan (Elkhorn, WI/Elkhorn) earned the only championship for the Pointers when he won the men’s one-mile run in 4:08.76.
On the women’s side, Jasmine Haines (East Troy, WI/East Troy) finished third for UWSP in the 400-meter dash with a time of 58.50.
Erin Kline (Casco, WI/Luxemburg-Casco) also finished third in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.00.
