Boys’ basketball season opens for a number of area teams tonight

The high school boys’ basketball schedule gets underway tonight for a number of central Wisconsin teams. In a game that will be broadcast on 1230 The Voice and www.1230wxco.com, Wausau West will host Antigo. Coverage begins with the pregame show at 7 p.m. and the opening tip is set for 7:30 p.m. Other games on the schedule include:
Wausau East at Mosinee
Newman Catholic at Rib Lake
Tomahawk at Three Lakes
Assumption at Abbotsford
Marathon at Prentice
Stratford at Chequamegon
Wisconsin Valley Lutheran at Northland Lutheran
